Can you handle an event from A to Z? What services do you offer?

We manage everything from the initial briefing, technical script and script for the presenter, to sound engineering, stage with a wide LED screen, livestreaming services, light engineering. This includes the design and construction of the stage and culminates in the final aftermovie of your event. Our services include live broadcasts from events, recordings, 2D animations, complete video production from planning and scripting, through filming, to post-production.

Can you send me a price quote within 24 hours?

Yes, but we will need as many details as possible from the client’s brief. If you add more details later, we will update the price quote accordingly.
The cost of video services depends on the scope of the project, the number of shooting/broadcasting days or hours, necessary technical equipment, staffing, event location, availability of internet over cable at the event location, and other specific requirements.
For animated videos, the price is determined by the number of creative hours (graphic style, concept, script, technical script...) and production hours (scene illustrations, animation, editing to music...).
In the case of voiceover, it involves text preparation and choosing the right actor.
We would be happy to send you a brief that will speed up the creation of the task.

How do I prepare a client brief for a live broadcast or video production?

Prepare basic information about your event – the programme or agenda, location, broadcast or shooting time on each day of the event, the maximum number of speakers on stage at once, and all essential elements you want captured by the cameras.
Contact us via our web form, email, or phone and provide us with as much information as possible. We will then arrange a consultation to ensure no important detail is overlooked, and we will prepare a price quote.

How much time do you need to prepare for a live broadcast?

Depending on the complexity of the broadcasted event, we need time ranging from a few hours for installation and technical tests to 2-3 days for preparation and testing. Larger events may require more time.

Can I watch the recording of the live broadcast after it ends?

Yes, we provide recording services, and the recording will be available after the event (depending on the agreement).
