What does an intro jingle look like?

A jingle or intro sound introduces every television or radio program. It is also the first thing a viewer sees/hears in connection with the broadcast program. The music in it is a key element and should capture the emotion and nature of the program being introduced. This allows us to give the viewer an idea of what to expect from the program. Today, jingles are also part of online and hybrid events and serve the same function as in the aforementioned television or radio shows.

A jingle in an online conference is the event's intro sound, which serves as an introduction to the entire online event. Before the jingle in online events, there is usually a countdown, the so-called countdown, which counts down to the official start of the event. This is followed by the jingle, which can be short (10–20 seconds), featuring an animated event logo, or it can be longer, displaying not only the logo but also the event agenda, speakers, sponsors, and other important information. In addition to the musical aspect, the visual aspect is also very important and should engage the viewer.

Jingles are now the standard for well-crafted online and hybrid events.

What jingles can you use at your online or hybrid event?

Definitely an intro jingle at the beginning of the event, and at the end it's appropriate to close the event with an outro jingle. We recommend using the outro jingle after the last segment, where the speakers say goodbye and conclude the entire event.
