We co-organized the New Year's Party 2025 and two editions of the WESTech WEIT Conference and Gala Dinner
For the New Year's Eve party, we provided an LED wall with service, printing and installation of banners, banners, signs and flyers, catering and furnishings, table decorations, aftermovie of the day and evening part, general lighting and sound system, light show, we participated in the planning of the program, we provided performers, we created the script and we directed the evening's program.
New Year's party
For our client WESTech we created an unforgettable New Year's Eve party with the theme Movie Night. Our services included: installation and operation of the LED wall, lighting of the space, providing Movie Night themed decorations, a photo booth with a professional photographer, an event photographer, comprehensive project management and hostessing.
WESTech WEIT
We successfully co-organised the WEIT 2024 IT conference, which followed the format of 2023 with a division into day and evening sessions. During the daytime program, which was held at the Carlton Bratislava Hotel, we provided complete technical equipment for the lecture room, including recording the conference on the topic of work-life balance, creation of aftermovie and photo documentation.
The evening part took place in Rafinery Gallery Bratislava, where we again took care of the technical security, aftermovie and photos from the event. At the same time we coordinated communication with the catering and the artists, including Dávid Bílek, the dance group SoulJam and the singer Jana Kirschner. Throughout the evening, we oversaw a smooth organization.
The conference focused on the charitable activities that WESTech has been dedicated to during 2024. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this important event and we are already looking forward to next year's event!
