One hybrid event, hundreds of satisfied participants.
What have we provided for this spectacular event?
- More than 200 animations, filmed videos and montages
- Logo, visual identity of the conference and complex creative in accordance with the event theme
- Through telebridges we connected 8 watch parties from all over Slovakia and the Czech Republic so that they could also be part of the event.
- Technical rehearsals and rehearsals for 29 speakers, some of them connected via telebridge directly to LED screens
- The stream was run on a platform styled to the client's specification
- Our team arranged the installation of a timeless 17m long and 8m high stage with 4 LED screens, on which fantastic athletes such as Veronika Zuzulová, Jiří Prskavec, Adam Žampa, but also Petra Vlhová, who participated in the event via online access
- The icing on the cake was the show of energetic Dara Rolins and Miroslav Donutil with thematically tuned background on LEDs
Fun fact
We don't lose our heads even when one of the two presenters falls unexpectedly ill. The professional Ján Smetana took the moderation of the whole event into his own hands with ease.
Conclusion? More than 350 satisfied attendees at the Boby Centre and hundreds of online-connected employees who enjoyed not only a rich programme, but also entertainment until late hours.

Filming and post-production of conference videos
Filming interviews with UNIQA executives at the company's premises in Vienna. The final video was used during the launch of commUNIties.
Post-production of filmed videos:
- creation of intro and outro animations,
- creation of animated name tags, subtitling,
- animation of illustrated UNIQA icons and characters,
- adding key quotes directly into the video,
- selecting music for the video,
- preparation of another version with German subtitles.

In 2019, UNIQA held a spectacular conference where it presented its current and upcoming activities. Our task was to create animated and spun content on 3 huge LED screens. On the client's initiative, we produced 42 videos, among which we filmed with successful skiers Veronika Zuzulova and Petra Vlhova; we drew and animated up to 17 characters.
We created, illustrated and animated various materials within the conference concept, which were ready for both screens and print. The conference was a success, with beautiful visuals and immense client satisfaction.
