International timeless online event
HealthCare Lab's international healthcare accelerator programme under the auspices of our long-standing client CIVITTA.
We have been working with our client Civitta since 2020 and in that time we have covered many large and small events in various locations.
We are proud to be part of a project that aims to improve the quality of healthcare and the lives of patients around the world.

Climathon in THE SPOT
For the Climathon 2024 event, we provided complete technical equipment, including installation and the event's execution itself.
Technical support included a mediaserver and stream encoder for broadcast, connection of an external speaker to the studio via VMIX, video overhead for camera mixing, two 4K/full HD cameras with accessories, SDI/HDMI mix cabling, stage lighting with LED lights, audio mixer, two microphones (hand/madonna), laptop for presentations and clicker, two TVs for presentation preview and stream, and a timekeeper.
The staffing side of the project included graphic design services to prepare and edit documents for the stream, technical rehearsals with online speakers, and a pre-broadcast dress rehearsal. A livestream engineer, sound engineer and project manager were on site to ensure the event ran smoothly.
The event was streamed live on HealthCare Lab's YouTube channel, with approximately 14 attendees joining online, including two speakers, three judges, and nine startup representatives. The stream lasted approximately 2 to 2.5 hours and the event was moderated by two presenters.

Healthcare Lab in Mill
A timeless online event produced in English. The international healthcare acceleration program, HealthCare Lab, under the patronage of our long-term client CIVITTA SK, took place on April 6, 2022, in Mlynica. We connected 9 startups, 4 judges, 5 panelists, and guests from various European countries via teleconference. We set up a stage with 4 LED screens in an industrial style within the Mlynica building's event space. Between two of the LEDs, we enabled real-time interactions for event participants, which were expertly managed by the excellent moderator Daro Richter throughout the broadcast. For this event, we also prepared animations, sound jingles, videos, and other graphics. Throughout the broadcast, the atmosphere was enhanced by a festive light show, culminating in fire effects. We are proud to be part of a project that aims to improve the quality of healthcare and the lives of patients around the world.

Challenger Accelerator at Studio Kvant
This year's Challenger Accelerator included speakers from companies such as Bolt, Slido and CIVITTA, as well as the Mayor of Bratislava Matúš Vallo.
In addition to the live stream, we also provided visual content for the LED screens, animations during the stream, video tutorials for the speakers and overall editing of the videos.
We streamed the event in the KVANT Show Production studio.
Healthcare Lab
For the HealthCare Lab accelerator program, we created a virtual event, Final Demo Day 5, where healthcare startups presented their innovative projects to an expert jury. HealthCare Lab is an accelerator program focused on supporting technology solutions in healthcare, helping startups to grow and gain the necessary resources for further development. In addition to the expert jury that evaluated the projects, the online audience also had the opportunity to participate in the voting and decide the winner of the public vote. The event took place with three moderators in the studio, six jury members connected online and six contestants who presented their projects via the online platform. We thank HealthCare Lab for the trust and the opportunity to participate in this inspiring project.
