Herbalife Spectacular and Retreat events
Our collaboration started during the pandemic, when everyone moved from in-person events to the online environment. We’re happy that our collaboration continues to this day, and that we’ve moved from online events back to in-person events again.
For Herbalife, we provide a complex solution for in-person events, as well as regular podcast recording.
At events, we handle project and stage management, LED screens (build, content playback, colored LED bars), live camera switching to the LED screens, sound and patching, lighting, cameras, event photography, aftermovie, and color grading.
Before the event, we take care of stage design and the event’s visual identity, content for the LED screens, and also, for example, booth production, prints, stickers, interpreting stations—basically anything the event requires.

Our 18-member production team delivered 2 days of conference programming, including a party, Fit Club, and an awards ceremony.
Before the event, we delivered:
✅ stage design and the event’s visual identity,
✅ booth production, prints, stickers,
✅ interpreting stations and content for the LED screens.
At the event, we had full control of:

Herbalife Retreat
Herbalife Retreat 2025 took place in the beautiful setting of the High Tatras, at Hotel Patria, where we delivered:
✅ content for the projector,
✅ direction and sound,
✅ event photography,
✅ aftermovie,
✅ a balloon wall,
✅ printing of promotional materials.
Herbalife Spectacular
3 days, 3 locations, 1,000 attendees, and hundreds of hours of preparation—it was worth it!
We provided full production for the entire event at the Hilton and Lindner hotels and at Studio A4:
✅ 2 days of conference programming for 1,000 guests,
✅ international speakers, hosts, and special guests,
✅ content production for a large-format LED screen,
✅ full show direction: LED screen operation, live camera switching, lighting, and sound,
✅ interpreting into 3 languages,
✅ a full rehearsal based on a pre-prepared technical script,
✅ an evening casino-night program with dance performances,
✅ complete stage management, hostessing & catering,
✅ transport and installation of branding,
✅ photo reports and an aftermovie from the entire event.
It was an intense 2 months of preparation—from the initial client meetings and brainstorming all the way to the aftermovie from the entire event.
